Job description

• Follow all JSC rules and procedures. • Follow all safety policies. • Perform 5s activities. • Respond to production D/T calls immediately and counter measure effectively. • Monitor lines to identify items that may cause downtime. • Perform Root cause analysis on top D/T items and implement countermeasures. • Monitor lines to ensure countermeasures are effective. • Identify needed spare parts. • Identify critical spare parts as needed. • Perform PM tasks as scheduled. Repair any defects. Identify areas for improvement. • Perform Root Cause analysis for any quality related incident and provide countermeasure. • Support engineering with new equipment setup trials. • Communicate existing equipment failures with Team Leader and Assistant Manager. • Support QA during Quality incident investigation and countermeasure. • Perform cost reduction activities to reduce overall operating costs.
