This position is ideal for candidates who recently completed welding school, technical training, or have basic welding experience using GMAW and are ready to gain real-world manufacturing experience in a fast-paced fabrication environment.As a Junior Welder, you will work alongside experienced welders and fabricators to develop your welding skills, improve production efficiency, and learn advanced fabrication processes. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow within the welding industry and advance into higher-level welding and fabrication positions.We are looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality and safety.Position SummaryThe Junior Welder is responsible for performing entry-level welding and fabrication tasks while supporting production operations.
