This position is ideal for individuals who can consistently produce high-quality welds, maintain production efficiency, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.As a Production Welder, you will play a critical role in the fabrication of metal structures, components, and assemblies used in a variety of industrial and commercial projects. This role requires strong welding skills, attention to detail, production consistency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.We are looking for team members who take pride in quality workmanship, understand production expectations, and are committed to safety and continuous improvement.Position SummaryThe Production Welder is responsible for performing production-level welding and fabrication tasks on structural and custom metal components.
