Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of heavy fabrication and infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, shop, field, and quality control teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with engineering, shop, field, and QC teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
  • Ensure all work meets Steward Machine’s safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
