Shop Fabrication Welder – Industrial Manufacturing

Location: Decatur, Alabama

Shift: Day Shift

Hours: 50 Hours Per Week

Pay: $23–$28/hour (based on experience & weld test)

Project Duration: Long-Term

Texas Trades is now hiring experienced Shop Fabrication Welders for a long-term manufacturing project in Decatur, AL. This position is working inside a fabrication shop building HAX Systems for Data Centers.

Requirements
  • Must have strong industrial fabrication and manufacturing experience
  • Must be able to read and work from blueprints/fabrication drawings
  • Experience with structural and heavy industrial welding preferred
  • Reliable transportation and solid work ethic required
Weld Test Requirements

Candidates must pass:

  • 3G V-Groove Uphill Test
  • 4G Overhead Test
