Your Impact
  • Greet guests warmly and serve as the first point of contact at sales check-in desk
  • Ensure accuracy of Guest information by verifying appropriate identification and payment information
  • Coordinate with Sale Representatives, Leadership and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Reviews daily, weekly data and reports for distribution including; the tour manifests, daily results, gifts and deposits.
  • Input tour bookings and manage guest data, including qualified and non-qualified entries
  • Maintain accurate daily records, including tour logs, sales lists, and financial reconciliation (bank sheets)
  • Communicate daily performance updates and reporting to management
  • Adhere to all company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Participate in required training, including security awareness and system use
  • Ensure accuracy in financial and operational reporting activities

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and general applications)
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
  • Willingness to travel locally between assigned work locations
  • Previous experience in the timeshare or vacation ownership industry preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with guests, team members, and
  • management
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues efficiently
  • Comfort with basic calculations related to reporting and financial reconciliation
