Job description

AMC Corp is looking for a high energy, positive customer driven individual to be part of our outstanding team.
DESCRIPTION:
A McDonald's Crew Member is responsible for a wide variety of tasks throughout the restaurant. You will need to greet customers cheerfully, take their order, and operate the register. You are also required to operate kitchen equipment, preparing and grilling food as necessary. Throughout your shift, you will assist with keeping the restaurant clean and ensuring everything is fully stocked.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greeting customers with a smile

  • Properly preparing all of McDonald's World Famous food
  • Partnering with other Crew and Managers to meet target goals during your shift

  • Ensuring items are well stocked

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to Read and Write
  • Possess Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Ability to count money and accurately give change
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Work as a member of a team
  • Manage Time effectively
  • Must be 16 years of Age with at least a 9th Grade education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position can be physically demanding. The employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects up to 20 lbs on a regular basis and do repetitive tasks with few breaks.
