Job description

High-paying, home weekly position with dedicated customer Dollar Tree is now available. All dry freight. Drivers will hand unload the trailer using rollers at customer locations. Drivers average 2 loads per week and run an average of 1,750 miles. This account is great for individuals wanting to stay active while driving. $1,400 minimum guarantee weekly if driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days.

  • Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

  • This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees

Lane Details:

  • Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and the Missouri area

  • Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset

  • Store deliveries typically start at 5AM but can extend through the day and include night deliveries starting at 11PM

  • CPM, Load pay

  • Safe and On-time mileage bonus (up to 3% of mileage pay)

Accessorial Pay Details:

  • Layover 24 hours - $200 per day

  • Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day

  • Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day

  • Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load 

  • St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage

  • Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week

  • Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test

  • Clean DOT Inspection - $25 

  • Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly

Driver Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 21 years of age or older

  • 3 months of Class A CDL experience

  • Trucks cannot be taken home. Drivers will need to work with the account manager to determine where to park the truck safely and securely
