As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the flow of inventory and ensuring that products are prepared and shipped efficiently. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic, this role could be a perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments of products, checking them for accuracy and damage.
  • Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring easy access and inventory accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to customers in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movements.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move products safely.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Assist with regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match physical inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily and weekly warehouse goals.
  • Ensure that all shipments are correctly labeled and have proper documentation before leaving the warehouse.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Basic math skills to assist with inventory control and stock movement.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (training may be provided).
