About this opportunity

This position is responsible for efficiently providing solutions to customer questions, concerns and inquiries through a positive and respectful dialogue. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.50-$23.00 per hour.

What your role will look like

  • Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries
  • Take incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and provide servicing and dispatch support
  • Timely and accurate managing of the service and delivery call scheduling and dispatching.
  • Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction
  • Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts
  • Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders
  • Other duties as assigned
