We are looking for a reliable Data Entry Clerk to support daily office operations in New Gloucester, Maine. This Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, stays organized, and enjoys handling both data-focused and administrative tasks in an onsite environment. The person in this role will help keep records current, support document management, and contribute to the smooth flow of routine office work.


Responsibilities:

• Enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and internal records with a high level of accuracy.

• Review incoming documents for completeness and correct discrepancies before recording information.

• Organize physical and digital files so that records are easy to access and maintain.

• Assist with general office support such as sorting paperwork, preparing documents, and managing routine administrative tasks.

• Maintain up-to-date records and verify that stored information remains accurate and properly documented.

• Use Microsoft Office applications to track data, prepare reports, and support daily administrative workflows.
