Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro. Join our long-serving staff members (many have been with us over 10 years) and become one of the familiar faces dedicated to caring for our residents.
