  • Matrix is used as our EMR.
  • Inovalon is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift.
  • Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace.
  • Paycom is our online human resource program and also where you pick up your check.

The successful candidate must:

  • be a Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state.
  • be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
  • possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
  • possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.

  • be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices.
