What Youโll DoAs a Quick Lane Technician, youโll build a strong technical foundation while delivering efficient, high-quality service.
- Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on vehicles
- Test systems and components to ensure proper operation
- Identify and isolate potential issues through basic diagnostics
- Inspect and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, and vehicle condition
- Complete oil changes, filter replacements, and general service tasks
- Communicate findings and recommendations to team members
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy in all work performed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
What You Bring- Basic automotive knowledge with a desire to grow your skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to new technology and repair procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- ASE Certification or technical training (preferred)
- At least 1 year of service department experience (preferred)
- Valid driverโs license with a clean driving record
