What are the typical responsibilities and workflow for a weekend writer?

As a Weekend Writer, your main responsibilities usually include producing articles, blog posts, or other written content on a regular weekend schedule, often for news or lifestyle websites. You may be tasked with pitching story ideas, conducting research, and editing your own or others' work before publication. Collaboration with editors or a remote content team is common to ensure timely and accurate publication. Deadlines can be tight during weekends, so strong organizational skills and self-motivation are important.
