Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Product Knowledge
- Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
- Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
- Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
- Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance expectations.
- Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
Customer Experience
- Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
- Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
- Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.
Team & Organizational Success
- Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, telecommunications, or sales experience.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
- Experience selling wireless/mobile, home internet, TV, and bundled services is a plus.
- Experience in high-volume retail, commission-based sales, working toward customer satisfaction targets such as NPS, or telecom retail stores is a plus.
