  • Diagnose hardware, software, network, and server-related issues with minimal supervision.

  • Support Windows servers, networking equipment, SQL databases, and security system infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with project managers, programmers, engineers, and field technicians to ensure successful project execution.

  • Document service activities, system changes, and customer communications.

  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to provide emergency support when required.

  • Travel throughout Indiana as needed to support customer installations and service projects.

  • Continuously expand technical knowledge through training and manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications
Required

  • 5+ years of experience installing and supporting enterprise physical security systems.

  • Experience with enterprise access control and video management platforms.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

We offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
