  • Complete daily maintenance requests as assigned.

  • Turn over rental units each month by preparing them for new tenants, such as replacing broken blinds, replacing furnace filters, and conducting minor repairs.


Job description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of over 600 rental units in the La Crosse and Winona areas.

Scope of Work:
Interior and exterior maintenance of residential and commercial properties, ranging from HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs, window/screen repair to pest mitigation. Daily maintenance requests to be completed which require our maintenance staff to have their own vehicle and personal tools. Owners buy materials as needed to complete the requests. Turning over of rental units each month and getting ready for new tenants to move in. i/e replacing broken blinds, replacing furnace filters, and minor repairs.
