Window InstallerJoin Our Team

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Installer to join our growing installation team. This is a hands-on role working directly at residential job sites installing replacement windows and doors while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with loading trucks and securing materials for daily jobs
  • Install replacement windows and doors at residential job sites
  • Work alongside the Lead Installer to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
  • Identify and report installation or product issues
  • Use hand and power tools daily
  • Work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs when necessary
  • Perform window repairs and glass replacement as needed
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Complete paperwork accurately and on time
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Drive company trucks and trailers safely to and from job sites

  • Previous experience in:- Window installation

    • Construction or remodeling
    • Exterior finishing or trim work
    • Glass replacement
  • Experience bending aluminum with a metal brake and capping exterior trim is a plus

  • Experience driving pickup trucks, trailers, or box trucks preferred
