CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

  • You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.

  • You create a safe environment where residents can thrive

  • Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.

  • Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.

  • Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurseโ€™s aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
