As a Warehouse Associate at Grand Appliance and TV, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of appliances to our customers. This position is open to both experienced warehouse professionals and those looking to begin their career in warehousing. We offer comprehensive training and a supportive work environment to help you succeed in this role.  This position is located out our warehouse in Wrightstown, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of appliances.
  • Prepare appliances for delivery by assembling and packaging them securely.
  • Accurately label, organize, and stock appliances in the warehouse.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure appliances are prepared for scheduled deliveries.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if necessary).
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support other warehouse-related tasks and initiatives as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy appliances with or without accommodation.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and follow warehouse safety guidelines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
