Required Related Experience
Prior experience in a simulation lab is a plus.
  Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Required License/Registration/Certification Physical Requirements
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
Shift
Days: Monday - Friday and occasional evening hours. All onsite. No virtual or hybrid work options. 40 Hours per Week.
Job Summary
The College of Nursing is seeking a Simulation Lab Assistant to join the team! This position plays an essential role in ensuring the effective preparation, delivery, and operation of simulation-based learning experiences for students.
Responsibilities include supporting the technical preparation, setup, execution, and maintenance of clinical simulation activities, including task trainers, high-fidelity patient simulators, and virtual reality scenarios.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Assists with equipment maintenance, cleaning, supplies inventory, and learning resources.
  Collaborates with clinical partners to program and troubleshoot simulated clinical scenarios.
  Supports clinical training and education event content to advance learning goals and learner skills through simulation.
  Fluency in use of MS Word and Outlook is favorable. Preferred technical experience with computer hardware or software.
  Ability to work well with others, multi task and great written and oral communication skills.
