Job description

Valet
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Valet to join our team at Valor Acres. Our mission is to elevate the guest experience with curated hospitality, unrestrained service, and passion for our guests and their events. As a valet you will contribute to that mission by warmly greeting guests; anticipating their needs; and providing quick, safe, and efficient service.
A typical shift looks like:
  • Providing warm welcomes and fond farewells to each guest
    • Greet guests, open doors, offer to provide additional assistance
    • Complete car claim ticket, drive car to designated valet lot at 5 MPH, reverse park car, run to valet station
    • Run to retrieve cars, maintain situational awareness, safely return cars to customers verifying car ownership and condition
    • Handle payment transactions accurately
  • Provide guests with exceptional experiences, exceeding their expectations and always making them feel special

Do you have what it takes?
  • Previous experience as a valet including valet customer service, reverse parking, key management, minimization of damage and liability
  • Strong knowledge of cars, luxury cars, and car culture
  • Ability to drive standard and manual transmission vehicles, understanding of common modifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work with urgency (run when needed) in a fast-paced environment
  • Current driver's license and ability to pass MVR
  • Flexibility to work weekend evening shifts

This is a part-time hourly position that does not include benefits.
