Full-Time Service Valet

Columbus, OH

As a Service Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, providing exceptional customer service while safely transporting vehicles within our facility. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and efficient service process, contributing to a positive experience for both customers and staff. 

Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and customer parking lots.
  • Assist with the vehicle check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
  • Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to support workflow.
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to service staff.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to drive all types of vehicles safely and confidently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Previous experience in a valet or customer service role is preferred but not required.
