Human Resources Technology Coordinator
Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)
Up to $29/hour (W2)
12-Month Contract
We're looking for a Human Resources Technology Coordinator to support HR technology initiatives and Talent Management operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting HR systems, participating in UAT, and collaborating across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Support Talent Management programs including Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, and more
  • Partner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality
  • Gather and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements
  • Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and validation
  • Investigate user issues and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams
  • Support Agile product backlogs and enhancement delivery
  • Assist with project coordination, change management, training materials, and user communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and user experience
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, HR Technology, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience supporting HR systems or business applications
  • Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
