Job description

Mayvin is seeking a Unmanned Systems SME to serve as the Group 1-2 Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and Precision Strike Project Manager. The position will serve as the Autonomously or Remotely Controlled Systems (ARCS) liaison to United States Army Special Operations Command, Marine Forces Special Operations Command, Air Force Special Operations Command, United States Special Operations Command, HQDA, and other DoW stakeholders. The position supports USSOCOM at Ft.

Bragg, NC. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have a Top Secret clearance Responsibilities: * Leads the planning, development, procurement, integration, and sustainment of ARCS, UAS, Precision Strike, and Airborne ISR (A-ISR) capabilities supporting SOF operations.

* Coordinates capability development, flight operations, testing, training, airspace de-confliction, maintenance, and personnel scheduling to support operational and organizational priorities. * Identifies capability gaps, conducts market research, evaluates emerging technologies, and develops acquisition documentation, Statements of Requirement (SOR), MOAs, and procurement packages for government approval. * Serves as project manager for ARCS-related combat development initiatives, overseeing schedules, resources, testing, and program execution through completion.

* Provides technical expertise and strategic recommendations supporting future classified and unclassified ARCS capabilities, operational policy, modernization efforts, and long-range planning. * Supports programmatic budget planning and applies expertise in SOF operations, A-ISR integration, JCIDS, SOFCIDS, FAA policy, aviation safety, and F3EA operations to inform acquisition and capability development decisions. * Supports flight testing and operational demonstrations by developing test plans, schedules, and evaluation criteria aligned with DoW requirements generation processes, including Key Performance Parameters (KPPs) and Key System Attributes (KSAs).
