Responsibilities
  • Coordinates all admissions paperwork, assuring accurate and timely completion of initial paperwork or electronic entry into PCC, dissemination of patient information to appropriate departments, etc.
  • Assists in the admission process by entering admissions through QADT, entering immunization status and pulling Face Sheet from PCC and placing onto the hard charts
  • Greets residents, families and visitors and provides assistance as needed.
  • Assists in the transcription of all Physicians orders electronically. Maintain proficiency in the electronic medical record by attending all required training.
  • Monitors, orders and stocks supplies, forms, etc. for unit, assuring that supplies are available and stocked in an orderly manner.
  • Enters physician visits into PCC, accesses and keeps up to date the resident calendar within PCC.
  • Is able to scan documents into PCC including weekly Wound Round Reports.
  • Enters vital signs and weights and runs pertinent reports monthly for tracking
  • Makes appointments for patients and verifies transportation arrangements
  • Answers phones and accomplishes all copying, faxing, etc. accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintains unit files and bulletin boards.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Basic computer skills required.

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.Qualifications:
