Clair Global is hiring a Production/Intercom & Radio Technician who will pack and prep the deployment of Intercom & Radio equipment for concert tours and events, including: wired & wireless intercom, two-way radios and repeaters, switches, and access points equipment. The Production/Intercom & Radio Technician works in our warehouse to help organize, review inventory, and assist in the proper deployment of the department's equipment.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Maintain communications gear in line with company standards
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure equipment is allocated accurately
  • Update department documentation for technical procedures and processes
  • Organize warehousing of gear
  • Pack and Prep / Unpack and de-prep equipment
  • General Warehouse duties

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proactive learner; willing to research and learn technical info about intercom & radio gear
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Eagerness to learn technical components of communications and network equipment
  • Quickly adapt to various computer systems and software for configuration of equipment
  • Creative problem solver
  • Must be able to do physical work lifting equipment, packing trunks, loading trucks, etc.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse is a plus
  • Experience in Intercom & Radios or IT and Networks is a plus
