What You'll Do
As a Small Engine Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping customers keep their equipment operating at peak performance.
You'll diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and help create an outstanding service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Equipment Diagnostics & Repair
  • Diagnose and repair small engines and outdoor power equipment
  • Perform maintenance and service work efficiently and accurately
  • Develop repair plans based on equipment condition and customer needs
Customer Experience
  • Provide excellent service from equipment intake to pickup
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and timelines
  • Help customers feel confident and informed throughout the process
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with managers and fellow technicians
  • Share information and coordinate repairs efficiently
  • Support overall shop productivity and workflow
Shop Operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support shop security and loss prevention procedures
