Job description

Hospitality Manager - Food, Beverage & Operations
Are you a dynamic hospitality leader who thrives on creating exceptional culinary and guest experiences while driving operational excellence? We're seeking an accomplished Hospitality Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, resort operations.
In this role, you will champion our Food & Beverage (F&B) programming in close partnership with our culinary leadership, spearhead specialized hospitality projects, and serve as the premier Nighttime Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring our resort upholds the highest hospitality standards around the clock.
What You'll Do
  • Elevate Food & Beverage: Work alongside the Executive Chef to oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional front-of-house execution, culinary quality control, menu innovation, and strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Group Reservations & Events: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for group reservations, coordinating logistics, custom F&B requirements, and seamless execution for large parties and special events.
  • Nighttime Manager on Duty (MOD): Serve as the senior leadership presence during evening and night hours, managing late-night guest relations, overseeing overnight staff, and handling emergencies or escalations with confidence and poise.
  • Drive Specialized Projects: Lead high-impact hospitality initiatives, including F&B concepts, venue renovations, service-standard overhauls, and capital improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Lead & Develop Teams: Coach, mentor, and schedule front-of-house, back-of-house, and overnight operations teams to foster a culture of accountability and five-star service.
  • Property & Vendor Management: Partner with facilities and housekeeping to maintain pristine property appearance; manage relationships and contracts with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage operational and project budgets, monitor labor costs, and optimize F&B profitability without compromising on luxury standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 4+ years of hospitality leadership experience, with a strong, proven background in Food & Beverage management and resort/hotel operations.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively alongside an Executive Chef and culinary teams to align kitchen production with front-of-house service.
  • Event & Group Savvy: Experience coordinating group reservations, large parties, or banquet operations.
  • Nighttime Agility: Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and late-night MOD shifts.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience managing specialized hospitality projects, venue launches, or property renovations.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent premium hospitality experience).
  • Communication: Elite interpersonal and communication skills-bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus!

Why You'll Love It Here
  • Shape the Experience: Have a direct, visible impact on our resort's culinary identity, group events, night culture, and guest satisfaction.
  • Dynamic Career Growth: Expand your portfolio by blending operational leadership with high-level project management and F&B strategy.
  • A Culture of Excellence: Work alongside a passionate, supportive team dedicated to setting new benchmarks in luxury hospitality.

If you are ready to lead with confidence, elevate our guest experience, and champion exciting new hospitality projects, we want to hear from you. Apply today and take the next step in your leadership career!
