Brayman Construction Corporation in Erie, PA is looking for a dependable, full-time Project Manager - Heavy Civil to oversee construction projects, collaborate with clients and project teams, monitor project performance, and support employee development. This is a full-time role that requires a flexible schedule based on project demands and the ability to travel as needed.Key Responsibilities for Project Manager:Manage heavy civil construction projects from initial planning through project completion.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and productivity objectives.Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project owners.Administer project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related records.Monitor project costs, schedules, productivity, and overall progress to ensure operational and financial goals are achieved.Lead project meetings, provide regular updates to clients, and resolve project issues efficiently.Qualifications for Project Manager:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.Five or more years of project management experience in heavy civil, infrastructure, or deep foundation construction.Experience managing public infrastructure, transportation, industrial, or commercial construction projects.Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and contract management.Familiarity with unit-price contracts, competitive bidding procedures, and government-funded construction projects is preferred.ABOUT BRAYMAN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATIONWe are a leading heavy civil and geotechnical contractor with office headquarters in suburban Pittsburgh.
