We are currently looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our team as Traffic Control Flaggers

Enjoy working outdoors, all while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Experience preferred, but willing to train the right individual(s).


As a flagger under the immediate direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will work as a team, to establish safe movement of traffic around work zones, in accordance with safety regulations and/or Department of Transportation regulations, place signs, barricades, traffic cones, and other warning devices as needed. You will flag motorists to warn them of obstacles or repair work ahead, take ownership of the work zone, and pass vehicles safely. Duties will vary according to job assignment.


As a general laborer under the immediate direction of the foreman, you will have a variety of duties including traffic control, pavement markings, installing signs , wheel stops, and more.


Responsibilities:

Control traffic safely through work zones.

Set up and maintain traffic control devices according to company and state standards.

Communicate effectively with crew members and the public.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.


Job requirements:

Must be 18 yrs. or older

Must have reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift traffic control equipment when needed.

Good attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work as part of a team

Physically Fit should be able to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to stand, lift, stoop, bend over, grasp for long periods of time.

Drug Free always (subject to pre-hire and random drug testing)


Driving company vehicles:

You must have a valid drivers license

3 years of driving experience learners permit does not count as part of the 3 years.

A clean driving record we will run a MVR as a condition of being added as a driver and will be ran every year as required per company policy and as required per DOT.

Must have and maintain a valid Drivers License, clean driving record if approved to be a drive company vehicles.


Must have a valid state ID if you don't have a driver's license. .

Pay:

Based on experience. Starting at $18.00 and up, with raise after 90 days probation period.

Work Location: Will meet at our office in KG and drive or ride in our trucks to job sites.
