Now Hiring: Skilled Commercial Construction Tradesmen
Summit Skilled Solutions | Northeast Ohio (Canton to Cleveland)

We are actively hiring experienced commercial construction professionals for multiple long-term projects throughout Northeast Ohio. We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious tradespeople across a variety of commercial construction disciplines including:

  • Carpenters
  • Electricians
  • HVAC Installers & Service Techs
  • Plumbers & Pipefitters
  • Concrete Finishers & Form Carpenters
  • Bricklayers & Masons
  • Welders & Fabricators
  • Skilled Laborers

Pay Rate Range

  • $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
  • Compensation based on trade and experience level

Work Locations

  • Commercial construction projects throughout Northeast Ohio
  • Areas include Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Medina, Kent, Strongsville, Mentor, and surrounding communities

Typical Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • No nights or weekends unless communicated in advance
  • Consistent full-time hours available

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous commercial construction experience in your trade
  • Trade-specific hand tools appropriate for your skill level
  • Standard commercial construction PPE:
    • Hard Hat
    • Safety Glasses
    • High-Visibility Vest or Shirt
    • Steel-Toe Work Boots
  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
  • Valid State ID (we E-Verify)
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoor
