As an LCSW at Oasis of Clinical Support, your core responsibilities encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students and develop personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based practices.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) adapted for school-aged children and adolescents.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation to adhere to HIPAA standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.
• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including educators and mental health professionals, to provide a well-rounded support system for students.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance therapeutic strategies and foster professional development.
