Installer-Tent & Event *Will Train *Advancement Available

Mutton Party & Tent Rentals

Newer to the workforce or looking for a new opportunity? This special trade does a little bit of everything, no previous experience requited, and is full of growth opportunities!

We build tents, flooring, lighting, and full event setups for everything from backyard parties to large-scale corporate events.

You’ll start by learning the work in the field, then earn your way into leading a crew.
Advancement is based on performance — move up as fast as you prove you can.

Bottom Line: This isn’t easy work — but it’s rewarding, fast-paced, and a real opportunity to build a career in a unique trade.

What You’ll Do

  • Install tents, structures, flooring, lighting, and event equipment
  • Work outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Learn layouts, systems, and efficient build processes
  • Take on more responsibility as your skills grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive company vehicles)
  • Mechanically inclined and hands-on
  • Reliable, high-energy, and able to move with urgency
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs regularly)
  • Willing to travel (some overnight jobs—typically the coolest projects!)

This Job is NOT for You If

  • You avoid physical work, long days, or overtime
  • Prefer a 9-5 set schedule with lots of downtime
  • You struggle with reliability or accountability
  • You prefer predictable, repetitive tasks
