The Square Angus Apartments have developed a living environment focused on comfort, quality care and services, safety, and respect for seniors. Our residence has 467 units accommodating independent, semi-independent, or dependent seniors. The receptionist's main responsibilities will be: To meet the diverse needs of internal and external clients by providing high-quality customer service while respecting confidentiality; Schedule and confirm residents' appointments and arrange their transportation; Respond to inquiries received by telephone and email and then forward telephone calls and messages; Make the requisitions and forward them to the relevant departments; To fill temporary staffing changes and absences; Inform employees about how the recall list works (role of key contact and customer service); Follow up on refusals of assignments and non-compliance with availability requirements; Perform administrative tasks, filing, and data entry related to the care department. Requirements: A diploma in secretarial studies or office administration will be considered an asset. Comfortable working with an elderly clientele Excellent communication skills Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French Highly proficient in a computerized environment (Windows suite and Hopem).
