Position Overview
As a Youth Support Mentor, you will work directly with children, teens, and families to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical behavioral support tailored to each individuals needs. You will play an important role in helping youth build confidence, improve behaviors, and strengthen emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance, encouragement, and practical support strategies tailored to each child and family
  • Implement individualized plans designed to achieve specific behavioral and developmental goals
