You may be asking yourself "Are transmissions really in my future? I've replaced a few, but everyone keeps telling me they're too complex." As an AAMCO technician you will be looked upon to properly diagnose and repair customer vehicles. Many concerns will be transmission related, though general repairs are not uncommon. With a plethora of AAMCO's Proprietary resources and equipment technicians are expected to properly diagnose and repair customer vehicles.
*Technicians are expected to perform thorough vehicle inspections as well as make proper recommendations.
*Technicians are responsible for properly repairing customer vehicles. This includes most powertrain repairs.
*Technicians will perform efficient and effective diagnostics with recommendations.
* Technicians are expected to maintain a clean and clutter-free work environment.
*Technicians will communicate with customer service representatives to ensure efficiency, quality and overall customer satisfaction.
