Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and knowledge base platforms is commonly required. Collaboration often occurs remotely with on-call colleagues or through shift handovers, and strong communication skills are important for smooth transitions between teams. The unique schedule can also offer flexibility during the week and opportunities to gain experience managing critical incidents.
