Embroidery Machine Operator
630am - 5pm - Monday through Thursday
$18.00 - $25.00/hr BOE
Bridgeton, MO

Job Summary:
As a 1st shift Embroidery Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our production processes, ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our state-of-the-art embroidery machines. Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be essential in delivering top-quality products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce custom designs and patterns
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent output
- Perform quality checks on finished products and identify any issues or defects
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting embroidery machines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
This is a 1st shift position, with working hours typically from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. The work environment is an active production facility, which may involve standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and exposure to noise and machinery. Proper personal protective equipment will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits:
