Job description

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Surgical Services - Our client, who has several hospitals in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for Surgical Techs to join their team. These are 10 or 12-hour day shifts with two weekend day shift positions available as well. They prefer 1 yr of experience. Candidates MUST be a Certified Surgical Tech!
Sign on incentives for full time
$5,000 12 month commitment agreement
$10,000 24 month commitment agreement
$15,000 36 month commitment agreement
*payouts are split into 2 payments taxable at IRS bonus rate
The Surgical Technician is an allied health professional who is an integral part of the team of medical practitioners providing surgical care to a variety of patient populations. Functions under the supervision of a surgeon or registered nurse to ensure that the operating room environment is safe, that equipment functions properly, and that the operative procedure is conducted under conditions that maximize patient safety. Applies sterile and aseptic technique that combines the knowledge of human anatomy, surgical procedures, and implementation of tools and technologies to facilitate a physician's performance of invasive therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
Experience Requirements:
1 Year Clinical - Surgical Technician Preferred
Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Graduate Surgical Technology Required - Or Military - Surgical Technology Required
Licensure|Certification Requirements:
Certified Surgical Technologist Required
