Weekend Stadium Cleaning Jobs (NOW HIRING)

THE ROLE

We are looking forDishwashersto join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Dishwasher, youareresponsibleforthe cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

• Washes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans,utensilsand small waresin accordance withestablished procedures.

• Organizes and properly stores all clean dishes, pots,pans,and kitchen equipment in designated areas.

• Removes garbage and recycling promptly and disposes of wastein accordance withestablished sanitation and safety standards.

• Cleans andmaintainskitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, drystorageand dish areas.

• Cleans andsanitizeskitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions.

• Maintains organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations.

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guestrelations,and etiquette.

• Ability toworkallvenue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Able todemonstrateflexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salaryof$18-20/hourcommensuratewith experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
