General Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a large, high-profile stadium. This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all stadium cleaning operations (event, pre/post-event, and non-event days)
  • Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams
  • Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance
  • Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime
  • Ensure OSHA, health, and safety compliance
  • Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience
  • Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments
  • Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules
  • Experience working with union staff.

Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
