Description

The Coordinator, Stadium Operations supports the execution of all stadium operations functions at Nu Stadium in Miami, ensuring events are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. This role plays a key part in coordinating event setups and breakdowns, maintaining operational readiness, and supporting a seamless experience for all events.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to support and guide part-time staff while maintaining strong operational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of equipment and materials for all events at Nu Stadium 
  • Maintain and track assigned inventory of event and operational equipment 
  • Support and help lead part-time stadium staff on both event and non-event days, including event conversions and operational tasks 
  • Serve as a setup lead for select events, ensuring timely and accurate execution 
  • Assist with general facility upkeep to maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment 
  • Support cross-functional teams as needed to ensure successful event delivery 
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Work flexible/varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management/Administration or similar field.
  • Stadium/Event Operations experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders professionally and confidently at all levels in the organization.
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to multi-task, be a quick learner, and be able to work in stressful environments independently and within the group.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to move and/or lift to 50 pounds.
  • This position requires work inside and outside of the building and some exposure to adverse conditions.
  • Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, and squatting for extended periods of time.
