Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Full-Time
Locations: Tarpon Springs
$275K–$295K base salary, $50K sign-on/retention bonus (terms apply), quarterly bonus opportunity, 4-day workweek, 6 weeks PTO, additional paid surgeon dark days, no nights, no weekends, no call.

  • A highly competitive salary ($275,000 plus $20,000 sign on bonus-terms apply) annually for a 4-day work week in a stable, well-respected practice. If a 5th day is worked the hourly rate for the day will be $185.00. Annual salary range can be between $275,000 to $350,000 for 4-5 days per week, with 5 weeks PTO, and up to 2 weeks annually of 'doctor out' days for which you are paid.

About the Position
As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in our surgical team, providing top-tier anesthesia care while supporting your fellow CRNAs. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care
  • Assessing and preparing patients for monitored anesthesia care
  • Overseeing patient recovery and immediate post-op needs
  • Collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams

  • A flexible approach to scheduling, with hours starting as early as 7:00 AM and rotating schedules planned 6–8 weeks in advance
Qualifications
  • Florida Licensed CRNA
  • ACLS and BLS Certification
  • Experience preferred, but recent graduates welcome
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR and MS Office Suite a plus
  • Must be mobile in a clinic setting; walking, sitting, standing, bending and stretching
