Registered Nurse Supervisor

Come join us at St. Patrick's Residence! A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are a place of life, a place of caring, and more importantly, a true home for our residents.

We are seeking an RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor.

  • Part-Time: 11pm to 7:30am - 7 days in a pay period, INCLUDES WEEKENDS
  • $40 to $42 per hour based on circumstances including license, skills, qualifications, degrees and certifications, prior job experience, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
  • $2,500 sign on bonus.

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Current IL RN - Registered Nurse License.
  • Minimum of one year in Long-Term Care.
  • Minimum of one year of Nursing Supervisory experience, in Long-Term Care or a hospital.
  • BLS certification.
  • Be able to cover for occasional call-offs as needed.
  • Experience in promoting and facilitating teamwork.
  • PCC experience preferred.

RN - Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Summary:

  • Support the daily activity of Nurses and CNAs.
  • Complete required documentation.
  • Make daily rounds of assigned units.
  • Communicate with DON/ADON.
  • Complete necessary logs, audits.
