Job Description:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul HVAC-related equipment such as air compressors, pumps, air handlers, air dryers, heat exchangers, and other environmental control systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair pneumatic valves, electric valves, heat transfer equipment, ventilation, and air distribution equipment.
- Install and replace pumps, refrigeration equipment, and related components following technical diagrams, specifications, and instructions.
- Apply basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting principles to resolve issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of HVAC systems.
- Operate tools and equipment including refrigerant recovery/recycling units, multi-meters, brazing/soldering tools, pipe threading machines, and tube cleaning equipment.
- Document work performed by completing job reports and maintaining accurate records.
