Job Title: Production TechnicianJob Description

This role offers an opportunity to work as a production technician in an exciting and expanding field, assembling and supporting tactical equipment for specialized end users. You will assemble, test, and package products while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, innovation, and safety. The position may assign you to a specific division or require you to support multiple divisions as business needs change, giving you exposure to a wide range of products and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble, test, and package customer orders in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Inspect prototypes, production parts, and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications and quality requirements.
  • Maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the production process.
  • Read and comprehend work instructions, assembly drawings, and related documentation, and follow established procedures accurately.
  • Collect and organize materials, components, and equipment needed to complete tasks and assemblies.
  • Keep accurate records of production quantities and related documentation.
  • Assess, repair, and maintain customer equipment as required.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop, prototype, and test various parts and assemblies.
  • Maintain tools and product inventory to support efficient production operations.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and maintain appropriate documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Fredericksburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $51000.00/yr.

- Three weeks (120 hours) of paid time off after first year (borrowable after 90 days of employment), with one additional day accruing at the completion of every 2 years of employment for a maximum of an additional four days (one week). Total additional accrual results in 4 weeks of Paid Time Off on an employee’s nine-year anniversary. - Health, Dental and Vision insurance. Patriot3 pays up to $450 towards the monthly premium of an Employee Only policy and 50% of the monthly premium of a Family policy. - 401(k) with company match of up to 3% of salary after six months of service. - Six paid holidays - Eligibility for performance bonuses - Eligibility for profit sharing (after one year of service; based on company performance). - Tuition reimbursement up to 50% for classes related to current position or which will prepare employees for greater responsibility or promotion.
