Position Overview

The Psychiatry Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their social, emotional, and environmental challenges, providing insights that inform service plans.
  • Develop personalized service plans tailored to individual goals, outlining specific interventions and methods for progress monitoring.
  • Provide compassionate counseling support to clients and families facing a myriad of life challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention processes, conducting risk assessments and creating safety plans to ensure client well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
