Job description

Job Summary:
In the grooming department, you will be part of the team operating snow cats at night safely and efficiently. We strive for a top quality and safe snow surface that exceeds our guests' expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Safe operation of a Pisten Bully 400 snowcat including:
    • Daily checkout and inspection of machines.
    • Correct start-up and shutdown procedures.
    • Tiller and Blade operation.
    • Efficient operating practices.
  • Learn the necessary skills to maintain ski runs around the mountain:
    • Be familiar with Brundage Mtn. trail system.
    • Grooming theory and techniques.
    • Understand changing snow and weather conditions.
  • Fill out daily grooming log.

  • Job Qualifications:
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous grooming experience preferred.
  • Heavy Equipment operating experience required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of equipment.

Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be available and willing to work night shifts. We work all holidays and weekends, 40 hours per week.
