Familiarity with therapy materials, data collection tools, and electronic health record (EHR) systems is typically required. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts are vital soft skills. These qualifications ensure effective patient support, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with supervising SLPs for optimal client outcomes.
